Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 1 July 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Al-Daira Recruitment website and your request for our services. By using the website or contracting with us, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These Terms supplement any written contract, quotation, or agreement signed between you and the Company. In case of conflict, the signed written contract prevails.
1. Definitions
In these Terms: "Company" means Al-Daira Recruitment (License No. 1130137). "Client" or "you" means the person or entity requesting the service. "Services" means recruitment, visa, and related procedural services. "Website" means adairarecruitmentcompany-sa.com and all its pages.
2. Eligibility
You must have full legal capacity, be at least 18 years old, and be legally eligible to contract in the Kingdom. You warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
3. Scope of Services
The Company provides domestic and professional worker recruitment services under Saudi regulations and the Musaned platform. Services include, without limitation, coordination, file preparation, follow-up with authorities, and administrative support. Website information or promotional materials do not constitute a binding offer until the request is confirmed and accepted in writing.
4. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete documents within specified deadlines.
- Pay all fees and amounts due according to the agreed payment schedule.
- Comply with labor and recruitment regulations in the Kingdom.
- Make the final candidate selection at their own responsibility after reviewing CVs and interviews.
- Receive the worker and provide an appropriate work environment in accordance with regulations.
- Not use the services for any unlawful purpose.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are specified in the quotation or signed contract. Fees may include Company charges, government fees, embassy fees, tickets, insurance, and third-party costs. All amounts are in Saudi Riyals unless otherwise stated. Late payment entitles the Company to suspend service or cancel the request while retaining amounts due.
6. Procedures and Timelines
Stated timelines are estimates and not binding guarantees. They depend on government authorities, embassies, country-of-origin conditions, and completeness of Client documents. The Company is not liable for delays arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
7. Worker Selection and Performance
The Company facilitates selection and presents candidates according to agreed criteria. Final decision rests with the Client. The Company does not guarantee worker behavior, performance, or skills after handover. Any replacement is subject to applicable regulations and contract terms and may incur additional fees.
8. Cancellation
The Client may request cancellation subject to the Refund Policy. The Company may cancel or reject any request without stating reasons, especially where misleading information is provided or regulations are violated. Upon Client cancellation, the Refund Policy and applicable deductions apply.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content (text, logos, designs, images) is owned by or licensed to the Company. Copying or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.
10. Website Use
The website may only be used for lawful purposes. Attempting to hack the site, automated data scraping without permission, or posting harmful or offensive content is prohibited.
11. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be in breach due to events beyond its reasonable control, including: government decisions, embassy closures, pandemics, wars, natural disasters, or system outages.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) the Company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential damages, loss of profits, opportunities, or data; (b) the Company's total liability for any claim shall not exceed amounts paid to the Company for the relevant request in the preceding twelve (12) months; (c) nothing limits liability for fraud or wilful misconduct where restriction is not permitted by law.
13. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, losses, or penalties arising from: (1) Client breach of these Terms or regulations; (2) false information provided by the Client; (3) mistreatment of the worker or violation of labor regulations.
14. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes should first be resolved amicably within thirty (30) days. Failing that, the courts of Riyadh shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
15. Amendments
The Company may amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
16. General Provisions
If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These Terms together with any signed contract constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
